		<description><![CDATA[When doing a search in VERSO with ILL Resources and Cataloging Resources selected Internet Explorer might crash or Stop Responding.  This is a known issue having to with IE&#8217;s Smartscreen filter being on.  The following document should help.

		<title>Deleting Reserves</title>
		<description><![CDATA[An item which is awaiting pickup, in other words it&#8217;s reserved for
checkout, needs to be checked in in order to &#8220;delete&#8221; the reserve, by
checking in the item, Verso will check to see if there are any other
reserves that item might satisfy.
