On this page you will find known current issues.  This is a good place to refer to if you are having an issue in VERSO and are curious if it is an issue that has already been reported.  This is also a good place to look to see when an issue will be resolved.  

  
                                                           

  • Need to use * Wild card when searching for such both singular and plural.  For example recipe* will search for both Recipe and Recipes.  (The wildcard is available from a keyword or an advanced search at the end of a call number.  For example, 978.1* for Kansas History. )

  • When doing a search in VERSO with ILL Resources and Cataloging Resources selected Internet Explorer might crash or Stop Responding.  This is a known issue having to with IE’s Smartscreen filter being on.  The following document should help. DisableSmartScreenFilter.doc
